Max, Tigger & Spencer

Tigger having a nap on our bed
Max & Spencer Laying on their favorite Tiger (Timothy)
It's a hard life being a cat at The Guest House
Spencer could all day snuggled up to Timothy!

I thought I would put a few pictures of the cats who reside at The Guest House.
Each one has its own special personality.
Max - the big, black one is 17 yrs old. She spends most of her days sleeping and minding her own business. She will come out and say hello, but will quickly head back to her favorite sleeping post.
Tigger - the gray one is 10 yrs old. She is SO soft and friendly. She meets and greets all our guests at the door and if you are on a set schedule she will wait for you to come back to make sure you are ok! She is fantastic with children and loves to be around people.
Spencer - the baby - 5 - thinks he is a dog and if you are patient and quiet he may show you his special tricks. He can fetch a pencil carrying it in his mouth like a large stick or bring the ball back for you to throw again for him. He is quiet and likes to say hello, but then goes back to make sure Max is ok. He is protective of her and likes to stay close. He is a good boy and extremely smart.
The cats are NOT allowed into the guests rooms to ensure they are kept free of any pet hair. They love to be around people and will sit with you while you are out and about in the house. You are welcome to have them keep you company.
They are indoor cats and as such we must always remember at The Guest House to ensure all outside doors are always kept shut. Afterall - we would not want to have them let out and put in any sort of danger!
The cats are looking forward to your visit and are wondering when you will be coming!

VANCOUVER BEACHES - SUMMER IS COMING!

VANCOUVER, BC BEACHES

One of the natural amenities which makes our city among the most livable in the world is public access to the waterfront. Almost 18 km (11 mi) of beaches surround Vancouver including ten expansive ocean side locations and one fresh water lake. Enjoying waterfront access can take many guises: observing the beautiful landscape while cycling, walking or driving by; playing in the sand, swimming, windsurfing, sailing or merely sitting. We have special areas that have been cordoned-off for swimming, ensuring maximum lifeguard coverage. Lifeguards are on duty from Victoria Day until Labour Day from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm (except when red light is on).

Enjoy our designated "quiet beaches" (Locarno, Spanish Bank West and Sunset Beach), where amplified music is prohibited.

The beach could be a unique setting for your wedding. Find out more about wedding ceremonies in Vancouver parks and beaches.
